"Corel PHOTO-PAINT X5 has stopped working" - Happening more often now

Corel PHOTO-PAINT X5 seem to crash more often now when opening:

Could these crashes be related to the UNSTABLE nature of the Protexis Licensing Service?

I get 24 Protex Licensing Service errors at bootup and everytime you open either CorelDRAW X5 or CorelPHOTO-PAINT X5 another 20 errors are added to your event log. You can endup with HUNDREDS in a single day!!!
 
 
 
Corel, perhaps it is time you invest in a more reliable licensing management system. This one is honestly slowing my computer down BIG TIME!!!
 
I'm in the process of conducting some tests, as I am convinced that the Protex Licensing Service has serverely affected my "Boot Duration" of Windows 7.
